Annual Lawn Maintenance Program (Recommended)

Trimmers Lawn Care's Annual Lawn Maintenance Program consists of 42 service visits. These visits are properly timed throughout a 12 month time period to keep your property looking excellent year-round.

WINTER

December

(2) Visits

  • Leaf removal and required cutting
  • Trimming of shrubs 
  • Pruning of lower limbs on required trees
  • Weed control in all landscaped beds
  • Blowing off all paved areas and debris removal
  • Install mulch and/or pine straw (if requested)

January

(2) Visits

  • Finish leaf removal and required cutting
  • Trimming of shrubs 
  • Pruning of lower limbs on required trees
  • Weed control in all landscaped beds
  • Blowing off all paved areas and debris removal
  • Install mulch and/or pine straw (if requested)

February

(2) Visits

  • Begin scalping all Bermuda and Zoysia lawns
  • Trimming of shrubs 
  • Pruning of crepe myrtles, roses, pampas grass, liriope and/or hydrangeas
  • Weed control in all landscaped beds
  • Blowing off all paved areas and debris removal

SPRING

March

(4) Visits

  • Finish scalping Bermuda and Zoysia lawns
  • Trimming of shrubs 
  • Weed control in all landscaped beds
  • Blowing off all paved areas and debris removal
  • Aerate Fescue lawns (if requested)
  • Install mulch and/or pine straw (if requested)

April

  • Begin full-service lawn maintenance (cutting, edging any concrete edges, trimming and blowing off all surfaces)
  • Trimming of shrubs 
  • Weed control in all landscaped beds
  • Debris removal
  • Install mulch and/or pine straw (if requested)
  • Install seasonal flowers (if requested)

May

(4) Visits

  • Full-service lawn maintenance (cutting, edging any concrete edges, trimming and blowing off all surfaces)
  • Trimming of shrubs 
  • Weed control in all landscaped beds
  • Debris removal
  • Install mulch and/or pine straw (if requested)
